1. Overview

At Illuminant Vitam Solutions, LLC, we value customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our marketing consulting services, returns and refunds may be subject to certain terms as outlined below.

2. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a consulting service has been initiated and/or completed, we do not offer refunds. This includes strategy sessions, reports, or campaigns already launched.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • If a service has not been delivered as described.
  • If a duplicate payment was made in error.
  • If the service is canceled before commencement, subject to approval.

4. Requesting a Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of the original payment date by contacting us at info@illuminantvitam.com. Please provide your order reference and reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
